The Pub

Our Pub takes its cues from old-school taverns and lakeside cabins. Our onsite restaurant serves seasonal fare, libations, and plenty of cheer. Our beaver mascot is always on duty, keeping watch over good times and maybe a secret or two. Come linger and enjoy the quirks.

The Pub is open to our community every Friday from 5-9PM. For menu information and hours, please see below.

Pub Fridays

Our on-campus pub is a converted 1920s carriage house and is a community hub for socializing, music, and local flavor. Come enjoy drinks, live performances, and casual gatherings every Friday from 5:00pm-9:00pm. The menu changes weekly and is posted on our Pub Instagram (Pubstagram, if you will).

The Dining Experience

Our on-site restaurant features:

  • Commercial kitchen for full-service experience

  • Seating for up to 120 guests indoors, 300 outdoors

  • Entertainment with live music and billiards

Our Kitchen

Melissa Pelletier, our resident chef, brings years of professional experience and a passion for seasonal, flavorful cooking to Hilltown Commons. Drawing inspiration from a variety of culinary traditions, she builds menus around what’s fresh and in season, so the offerings evolve regularly.

You can always expect a rotating selection of mains, crisp green salads, and other seasonal sides that highlight local ingredients. Every meal is designed to be nourishing, communal, and memorable, creating a true centerpiece for life on campus.

Our Beverage Program

On the beverage side we curate a thoughtful selection that balances quality with fun.

Expect natural wines from Europe and the US, crisp local beers, and specialty cocktails. For non-alcoholic options, we have NA beers and inventive mocktails.

Where else can you sip natty wines and local beers in the middle of nowhere?
