Set on 90 private acres in New York’s Upper Hudson Valley, Hilltown Commons is built for teams ready to step away from the everyday and into intentional work surrounded by nature.

Here, strategy sessions unfold alongside forest trails. Conversations deepen over seasonal, farm-fresh meals. And the entire campus can be yours: from private residences to a 180-seat auditorium to a 1920s carriage house turned community pub.

We’re former operators turned hosts, carrying forward the legacy of this century-old campus. With firsthand experience leading retreats and building strong company culture, we deliver end-to-end planning that goes well beyond typical team-building. We handle all the details, so your time on campus is all yours.

And because we’re a nonprofit, every offsite stewards protected land, supports local jobs, and sustains year-round arts and community programming.

Our Campus Features

    Meeting Spaces

    An iconic 1970s multi-purpose pavilion featuring a 180-seat auditorium, offices, and breakout rooms—all equipped with state-of-the-art A/V and high-speed WiFi throughout.

    Onsite Dining

    Our historic on-site restaurant is a former carriage house. Affectionately referred to as The Pub, it is equipped with a full commercial kitchen and seats up to 120 guests indoors, 300 outdoors.

    Expansive Grounds

    Our 90-acre grounds feature a tennis court, bonfire pits, trails, and endless views. It is adjacent to the 2,000 acre Huyck Preserve, providing access to hiking, kayaking, swimming, and much more.

    Hilltown Commons features 50 ensuite rooms across 5 residences, each with cozy linens and private en-suite bathrooms, forest or mountain views, air conditioning & heating, and high-speed wifi throughout.
