Executive Director

Formally trained as a lawyer, Doug has devoted his career to fostering human connection, having previously led initiatives focused on phone-free spaces. Always passionate about bringing people together, Doug guides Hilltown Commons with curiosity, humor, and a commitment to creating experiences that truly matter.

Director of Programs

Kasey orchestrates programs and workshops with a keen eye for detail and a big dose of heart. With a background in arts programming, event production, and community engagement, she ensures every instructor shines, every participant thrives, and each program strikes the perfect mix of structure, curiosity, and delight.
