In a historic hamlet where farmers, scholars, artists, and wanderers share long tables and even longer stories, Hilltown Commons continues a tradition of gathering that began here over a century ago. Once the site of 1920s peace talks, today we host teams, creatives, and mission-driven organizations for private retreats and off-sites shaped by the land and its legacy.

As a nonprofit campus, we use revenue from each retreat to sustain local jobs, steward our protected land and historic buildings, and support the arts, education, and community programming that live here year-round.
