Emileigh Tanner
A dedicated yoga student for over 15 years, Emileigh weaves meditation, yogic philosophy, and intentional living into her daily life. As an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, she draws from traditional wisdom systems, land-based healing, and creative expression to guide individuals toward better health through mindful lifestyle practices and personalized nutritional support.
Sarah Nelson
With 25 years of experience teaching Yoga, Pilates, and Integrative Movement, Sarah blends the physical and philosophical aspects of practice in her private and group classes. She brings Vedic philosophy and a rooted application of neuromuscular awareness to life in her classes - all while honoring the unique needs and journey of each student.
